I'm glad I'm not the only autistic one with a spreadsheet lol (but I keep track of the calorie count in an app).
I weight myself daily but compare weekly averages. My goal is to lose 0,5 kg a week, so i try to eat under 1000 kcal a day, though that was quite the challenge around Chrismas, so its not going all that smoothly. But since I don't leave the house because of Covid anyway I don't mind all that much.
As for your question, I think that the general rule of losing weight as long as your calorie intake is lower than the outtake still applies. So if you keep up with that, you'll still lose weight, only it will get slower. Check the links in the FAQ in the OP if you haven't done that yet, for predictions of how much you'll lose by which date there's losertown.
Don't get discouraged if some days the weight gets up for no apparent reason, theres too many factors that influence it (especially with period if you're a girl).
