Sup /fa/, have a few questions today, might as well make a thread.

First off, pic is me. My nose is pretty crooked and to far out and /fa/'s feedback on it has made me pretty insecure about it, that's the bad news. The good news is that after an incident I had a few years ago, I found out my insurance can cover a rhinoplasty if I was ever willing to get one (which I am). So after getting my nose straighten out, in you're guys opinion what else should I fix while I'm at it.

Second, my hair is getting longer and I'm constantly told that I have good thick curly hair but my head proportion and face just doesn't fit the long hair type and my hair grows unevenly. Honestly I also think I look entirely fine with a short buzzfade but it's way to common within my race/nationality and I want to be "alpha as fuck" and stick out. I'm told all the time in hair general thread that the waiting period between short and long hair is the "ugly duckling" stage. So should I wait or just keep it short for the rest of my pathetic beta lif e?

Third, I'm also going to get gyno reduction surgery soon but still have a little gut and I'm somewhat of a heavy eater (it's just one of my un/fa/ habits). I was wondering how /fa/ stays so slim. I'm a smoker if that helps.
