I want this but without the fat bottom raising the watch. Around the same size (38-40mm) and with the same clean dial. What are my options besides 6k Euro Rolex Explorer?

I've been tracking my Seiko 5 for the last week and I've noticed that every day it's different. It started with gaining several seconds in the first day and then it started fluctuating every day but always on the +-10 seconds. Right now it's 4 seconds ahead of what it was a week ago. I thought it was just going to gain/lose a specific amount of seconds every day.
