Hard to say. There are two main types: coil on the movement, magnet on the balance, and the opposite, coil on the balance, magnet on the movement. Having the coil on the balance makes it way more fragile, but having the heavy magnets on the balance makes it sensitive to inertia.

Plus you have to account for the fact, that a lot of electric designs were made with the idea of lowering production cost, and necessary precision, and not the maximizing of accuracy.

So far I have a West-German PUW, that's very advanced, but also very finicky, fragile and kinda cheap. It has the coil on the balance, and its accuracy is okay. I also have two magnet on the balance designs, one Seiko Elnix, and two Cosmotrons.

In theory, the Elnix is more accurate when worn, and the Cosmotron is more accurate when left static. But in reality there will be so many variables after forty years, that it'll come down to the condition of the individual watch.
