I have curly hair. Type "3a" hair basically. If it let it grow it would jew-fro.

Has anyone here tried chemical relaxer on curly caucasian hair? They make at-home relaxing products for black people, and some of them are far more mild than a professional treatment.

Is it conceivable that I could use some think like a Silk Elements no-lye mild relaxer to make my hair straighter? I'm thinking I could apply it diluted, in lower quantities, and for less time than one would if they were treating kinky black hair. I am only slightly worried about frying my hair/destroying it, since it's not "kinky" at all... just curly.

How the fuck did JT do it? I just want wavy hair.
