Here's mine, I grew them for a few month after 3 years of having an undercut, should I keep them like this, grew longer ( considering the longer they are, the wavier ) or cut shorter ?

As for my routine, I shampoo every 2 days, the day I shampoo I use Davines oil on my still wet hair, and then I blow-dry them. The other day, I just rinse and dry, or if they look good when I wake up, I don't touch them

I used to rock an undercut but I just let them grow a bit last fall, what you guys think ? I'm personnally satisfied, I was first going for that inspo pic of Jordan Barrett look but I kinda like how it is now
