True, although i think it's harder to create a truly spacecore aesthetic, as the colours are a lot more common, and it relies more on the silhouette and detailing rather than the colour. Lunarcore has a distinct palette and that makes it easier to convey.

This. Cyberpunk as it was developed in the 80s left a lot of room for interpretation. As it manifested and concretized in the 90s it became the prototypical wearable-tech-focused, black leather pants EBM style we now associate with the term. Let's look further back to Gibson's theatrical anarchoterrorists the Panther Moderns. These fits as imagined by a concept artist, especially the far left, are definitely hitting the style.
