This is how I learned to pick locks.

I took a laminated padlock, I broke off the rivets and I took this part out. It's called a core.

I took it apart and I mixed up the key pins and I put security pins in it. See how they look like little spools? Spool pins.

And I'd just carry it with me and pick it over and over.

If I memorized the binding order I'd scramble the key pins again. Ofc your key won't work anymore

But this padlock was m1 keywayed.

After a little while I took a thread cutter and cut threads into the keypin chambers when I could pick this lock core in under a second. This made the counter rotation less "automatic".

If you want I'll repin this one to take the key again and ship it to you to learn picking.

I'm about to buy an American 6 pin core with t pins and shit soon anyways
