honestlly this depends so much on what you want to be percieved as, if you want guys to think of you when they jerk off just wear something tight and revealing, i find that girls that wear loose clothing and look "comfy" rank way higher on my list, so basically im saying dont wear slutty shit if you dont want to attract the normies, cothes are a way of expressing yourself, just wear what YOU like, dont just look at what the popular chicks that go to clubs and fuck 2 guys a week wear and what the kardashian/jenner sluts wear and make a some kind of fast fashion mix of the two, try to be an individual, if you want guys to respect you dont be basic. probablly the best advice i can give you is to completley ignore what people around you are wearing and construct a wardrobe based entirelly on your aesthetical prefferences, and dont use clothing as inspiration, jsut get shapes colours and messages from things you like, for example musick, films, arhitecture etc..

the look you are going for is impossible to achieve on a budget, buying one piece at a time would be a bad idea because clothes like that need to be styled properlly to not look stupid, which is impossibe to do without a great wardrobe.im assuming you are around 20 years old and not a part of anything that has a thing to do with art. avantgarde clothing is extremley hard to wear without looking awkward if you arent in some creative field or at least somehow involved. im also guessing you are new to fashion as a whole, i suggest you dont just jump head first into avantgarde clothing. trust me it is just a bad idea, just wear really toned down versions of the styles you like now and try to somehow evolve your wardrobe alongside your taste in clothing.
