Share your products and daily routines. How do my brothers and sisters of /fa/ keep their looking and feeling it's best?

Complete n00b here, just started using conditioner for the first time of my life (only used shampoo before because I tough as a guy I needed just that), it's cantu shea butter, decided I would give it a try since lot of anons recommended it in previous threads.
How often should I use this conditioner? I heard about cowash, in which case it is beneficial?
Can I get my hair wet when taking a shower with it?
