Hamilton and Tissot are owned by the same company, use the same movements, and are in the same quality tier. Just get whichever you like best.

I don't especially dislike the Tissot you posted, but Hamilton makes some very sharp looking watches. The only thing in the Tissot line that really appeals to me is the Visodate.
