It's an old Avirex jacket. When I was still really into lunarcore, I found that tons of older Avirex stuff fits with the aesthetic perfectly (imo). You can browse Yahoo Japan and find some good stuff. Also it's usually really cheap even after shipping.

I actually plan on trying to make some cargos from scratch soon. I really don't want to mess around with adding pockets to thrifted pants because the fabric mismatch would probably drive me nuts. Plus it just wouldn't look as nice. Need to find my sewing machine for starters. I haven't seen it since I moved into my new house.

Anyways I might just cop those after the holidays if they're still around haha.
