I got a pretty nice sweater for christmas from Tj Max from a relative. I wouldn't expect to find nice things there regularly, but occasionally they have something you might want to cop.
To be honest I really don't think stores can be /fa/. Rather than looking for "/fa/ approved" stores, grab a couple inspo pictures you really like and look for things that might suit your style.
