You have to be careful about putting these together, "no shampoo" and "no soap" methods are obviously different and you'll find a lot less people doing both than just "no shampoo." If you're asking about them together exclusively, you should say so because everyone ITT has basically responded with no shampoo advice.

But there are plenty of web articles and anecdotal posts about both of these methods.

Basically it comes down to:
>Skin Type
>Hair Type
>Length of time not using products to wash your hair
>Supplements or Medications you're taking that affect skin
>Lifestyle (how active you are)

Smelling bad is not an issue with no shampoo as it is with no soap. And it all depends upon how strict you are. You really need to be specific and outline a routine for yourself and then let us critique it or give advice.

Depends who accepts you, and how your Polaroids are received by casting agents. You'll probably get a couple hundred for the several shows you'll get a month. You won't be a tumblr hearthrob or anything, but you have a "model enough" face. So I'd say only do it if you're going to school in NY, or a major city in europe and need money to go out on the weekends. You don't have the face or height to be one of the famous guys, do not waste your time moving to a big city to be "internet famous" if you have good job or university prospects already.
