There is something of a difference between overpricing a solid product and overpricing a really, really shit product.
At least a Rolex isn't worth less in parts than its replacement battery.
Not to say the higher end segment of the market doesn't overprice, but at least they do not overprice a sub-par product.

I find it a bit sad that Tissot is now relegated to churning out inoffensive, unimaginative classic-looking designs when they had tried to stay innovative all the way until the very end of their independence as a company.
