1. Don't tan. Avoid harsh sunlight as much as possible, it's very damaging to the skin on the long run.

2. Don't smoke, do drugs or drink too much; this is pretty much common knowledge, all those things quicken the aging process

3. Take care of your body: do some workout, drink lots of water and watch your diet a bit.

Most people fail at one of these 3 steps, and that's why they look shittier than they're supposed to when they age.
