depends on your willpower and what you eat. eat a lot of protein in the form of lean meats and veggies like broccoli and brussel sprouts. carrots, onions, mushrooms, etc... anything that is very calorie deficient but will fill you up helps when you first start too.
as long as you eat smart and keep your health in mind, a caloric restriction is super easy.
also pro-tip, ask yourself why exactly you want to be skiiny/aesthetic and be honest with yourself. i do it for a girl and i'm ashamed of it but she's the only source of true motivation i have.
