cop or not ?

Poorfag here.
Just copped this parka, wondering what I should do with the last bit of my effay money, which is around $60.
Shirts I'm good on.
Pants, I have light and darker blue jeans, nice-fitting khakis, and some shitty other ones. Can't really buy enough with the money, but that's what I have.
I wear black sneakers which I'm pretty happy with, but I could change that. That, or I could get myself a backpack. Currently using a generic blue jansport one which I'm not so fond of.
Backpack or shoes? What should I replace? I'm tall, thin, and rather feminine. Kind of forced into a working-man color scheme and not sure how to make it work.
