Yes, but not pastel green.

Go for darker greens, like these military green ones from Entre Amis.

Entre Amis makes good chinos in that price range.

Just bought a pair of their military green and brown chinos for autumn, have a pair of navy and pearl grey that I bought during summer. Really comfortable and fit is great.
