And the shitty thing is i only have fabric glue since my sewing machine is at my moms house :(

Even if it was meant to be a meme, ever since i was a kid I always wanted to dress this way and wondered why my plebian towns and cities and country didn't dress like the F U T U R E, and it always bothered me how far behind society was with fashion, and how there hadn't been much of a change in decades upon decades of it

There are visions of what society is supposed to look like back in the 50s & 60s, and even in sci-fi from the 80s and we're sadly far from it..

And at the end of the day I like it and it's one of the few styles that makes me excited to do DiY and make projects and designs and digging through sites and thrifts shops, looking at space history and sci-fi books and movies and games it's a whole fun project or hobby.

Idk, I like what I like and at an age where I'm normally bored with fashion, and this makes me excited to make things

Even today I was thinking about finding some thicc canvas sheets and making some cheap canvas shoes into boots and making thicc velcro straps instead of laces and cargo pockets and zippers and god knows what
