should i get back on adderall and risk making my depression worse? Im in a pretty good headspace right now just general anxiety but overall im doing decent. a lot of my sadness comes from gaining weight. i've been fluctuating a lot. I was at my goal weight at the end of October and gained it all back. I was working full time doing labor intensive work so it was easy to starve and exercise. Now i'm back in school and struggling with eating and being sedentary.
