As this anon says >>13723450 it's a manual wind Accurist from the 50s. It's a pretty cool little watch with an interesting dial texture, most of the gold plating is worn very thin though.

I prefer classically sized watches in the 34 - 38mm range. I do have watches bigger than that but if a watch is available in more than one size I'll go for the smaller.
