How good are fruits like bananas, berries and grapes for a /thinspo/ diet?
They contain a lot of sugar and Im kinda afraid of having too much of them.
Im currently eating twice during my eating window with one meal consisting almost entirely of fruit.

You got this, anon! Maybe just try to start a workout routine so the weekends aren't super bad when they roll around.

I had to up my amount of calories lately because I'd get too tired and dizzy by the time I ate (for IF) and I like working out. So I tend to eat about 800 calories with a couple snacks earlier in the day and a healthy dinner, but give or take how much I work out it comes down to 500-600 like I wanted to. It's worked awesomely for me

Trying not to take in any calories until the new year. Just water and maybe the occasional cup of coffee since the hardest part of fasting for me is retaining energy. I get super tired very easily and I still have to work the next few days. But here's to hoping. Figure it's a good way to start the next year
