Posted this in the shoe thread when I should've asked here. Does Rockport make decent quality loafers? If not, where to cop decent loafers?

Looking to spend US$100-125 max. This is a contender but I was thinking of going to a store and trying a couple different ones on before I buy

I'm new to buying loafers, are Rockport loafers decent quality for the price? These are $150 (marked down to $100 currently)

I'm also torn between black and brown leather but right now just concerned about quality
