Need help please:

I have got curly hair but very very dry with a low porosity type; basically it looks like straw in natural

When i wet it for more than 1 month, it start showing curles, become very soft and more comfortable I want to find a curling gel/leave in that i can use to moisture my hair for the day. Product tested:

>Coconut Oil
>Argan Oil
>Flaxseed Gel (works a bit but too liquid no matter what)
>Regular Gel
>Nopoo for a month

Keeps in mind it takes me easily 8-10 min to dry it. Very low porosity but often when i put a product, it just sit there on damp head and doesnt work. Pic rel is how my hair looks like if its wet with water alone
