"Bentley" is one of many brands registered to Benrus Watch Company. It has no relation to the better known luxury car company. Given the style of the watch, I'd say it came from the 50's. The "incabloc" branding is very common in mid 20th century watches. There is no real collectible value to the watch, so it's not worth the resale. It also looks like the glass and the dial has yellowed as a result of outgassing. Watch crystals from that time period often undergo a chemical reaction over the decades, resulting in an amber tone of the glass and dial. If unchecked it can corrode the hands and even the movement itself.

Does it run? Does it wind? If not, try putting it under a hairdryer on the lowest heat setting for at least 20 seconds. See if it loosens up the congealed oils and frees up the movement.
