Eat at least double that. See the TDEE calculator in OP and subtract 500 for the exact number you should eat. You're just going to end up binging and fucking up your skin and hair.

The problem with fasting past 3 days is that you'll have trouble adjusting to a proper intake again after. The longer you go, the longer the reintroductory period will need to be after, and many people will just go straight to a binge which will be a lot harder on the stomach. It's just not worth it.
