Vostok is honestly the most underrated brand out there.
There's pretty much ZERO reason why you should get a fucking SKX when Vostok is cheaper, more effective, and even more moddable.

I was thinking of getting a vostok amphibia and modding it a bit like pic related.
I currently have a g-shock g5600e, seiko sarb017, explorer 14270 and a royal oak 14790 in my collection and they are all quite high quality watches with all the bells and whistles.
So my problem is would it be a waste of time for me to pick up a vostok and spend time modding it, would i end up disappointed because of the vostoks crappy movement?
Anybody here have vostok? Is it easy to cope with such a rudimentary movement???
