So after some more digging the non-tourbillon omega I'm looking for probably had a 30T2 RG movement. I've found ones which had all the correct dial elements, but the case isn't a jumbo (37.5mm) so the proportions were wrong. The hour hand is too short in pic related, the seconds subdial isn't quite large enough and the triangular indices are relatively shorter.
