So im 5'8 male weighing 168 pounds. How tf do I lose like 30 - 40 pounds in a year? I don't eat break fast. Eat grilled chicken and broccoli for lunch and just chicken again for dinner. Should i just drink water for breakfast. fruits for lunch, and eat chicken/veg for dinner? Right now im trying to avoid all sugars so should I just cut out the fruit too?
