Unfortunately, it doesn't work this way. Manlets typically divide into two major groups: famine survivors and thick dwarves.

For example, my family is from Basque country and my maternal grandfather was 5'1'' - there is absolutely no surprise I am a short man. Yet, I can't wear Asian frame clothes because it won't fit my shoulders or torso above the stomach.

So, when I buy clothes in the Philippines, I would have to buy European fit clothes which are too big. Interestingly, my best luck buying clothes abroad has been in Peru. In Southern Europe, sizing is a lot better than in the States, but is still ultimately designed for a man 3-5 inches taller than me.

I usually go m2m for fancy shit, and choose my battles carefully for other stuff. There are 2-3 boutiques in the US that make manlet clothes, but their style is typically as boring as it gets.
