HELLS YEAH. I'm pretty sure my daily deficit is also 500-1000 kcal, so that's neat as fuck. I do some 35 minutes of exercise each day (crunches, squats, side plank, push-ups, that sorta stuff. 15+ min in the morning and 15+ min in the afternoon), I avoid getting more than 50 kcal worth of carbs at a time at all costs before dinner so that I avoid insulin-drops (they are the only thing that can make me feel weak, powerless and lazy. If I avoid insulin-drops, I feel great).
I just find it really hard to be confident that I'm getting anywhere now that I have no idea what my weight is. I keep changing my mind about whether it looks and feels like I lost a lot or a little. The only thing I know is my measurements. I want the smallest of my waist to be 62 cm (24 inches), now it's 66 cm (24 inches), and 6 weeks ago it was 78 cm (30 inches). That may make it seem like it's going great, but God knows how much of that is actually fat, and what if I'll suddenly reach a plateau or lose weight everywhere else? I just want to be done ASAP. Or at least reach that amount of body fat where changes show quickly, like >>12431439.
