>have cycled 80+ miles, worked 28 hours as a bike courier, and run 15 miles meanwhile
>eating at a 1,700+ daily caloric deficit
>achieved my highest ever heart rate on a run last night, 199 BPM anaerobic
>consequentially have lost the ability to sleep

I am exploring just how much emaciation I can stand until I pass out, both for the sake of vanity and to augment my endurance, as I would like to become a semi-pro cyclist. Also, it has been decidedly easy to do; when you are losing this much water on a daily basis, the exercise distracts the body from hunger pangs offset by copious amounts of water, which is as filling as any meal could be- consider it as a free lunch.
