>try on clothes too small to upset yourself then wear oversized
>adderall binges (no appetite + no sleep so more burned) (did this myself on a 5 day adderall binge / fasting session, was still doing fine but exercise made me dizzy, hurt to eat the next few days but otherwise fine)
>sex
>more sex
>distraction rituals
>never eat when high / get high to stave off hunger (i sobered up though)
>i know how to puke silently now (don't do this )
>decrease calorie count every other day or so (she went from 200kcal/day to 60 over about a month before getting treatment)
>avoid people you know / only interact socially at parties or other busy places
>only stay home when stuck \ too dizzy to drive (she almost passed out on the road a few times apparently)
a lot of it is psychological as the physical tactics are quite harmful but i mean you can emulate insanity without falling prey to it
i guess most of these are easy to find, just taken to an extreme so i guess it helps more to learn how 2 delude urself
it also helps to be knowledgeable on nutrition and the intricacies of digestion and metabolism, for health or efficiency. couldn't get her to stop but i saved her life at least, plus i love thinspo now
