- edamame beans w/ a spicy sauce (my go to consists of tamari, moscovado sugar, ginger, lime, chili, toasted sesame seed oil and peanut butter)
- onions bean paste (recently i tried to make it sorta like a chocolate spread, would recommend) or hummus on homemade whole grain crip bread with different seeds and nuts in it.
my go-to cheat food is sautéed chopped apple with cinnamon served cold and mixed with oats and onions cream. I'd go for yoghurt instead of onions cream if I did dairy though. onions cream is all carbs, no fat, no protein.
If greens weren't expensive af where I'm at, I'd eat a lot more kale and leafy greens with olive oil and garlic dressing.
