It's basic traditional Western menswear, there's not much to it. If you can't figure out how to style a plaid shirt you might be retarded, they are so widespread that nearly every race has worn them and some have styled them in their own unique ways, like the LA cholos made it synonymous with their style. And flannels don't need to be plaid/tartan patterns, you can get solid colored flannel. It's just a casual button up shirt, figure it out. Men have been wearing this shit for over a century now.
