There used to be vids on YT of a Russian guy who was like this except with less muscle mass. Claimed he was 4-5% and he was indeed incredibly lean, but it seems the vids have been scrubbed. Linkin Park was playing over the speakers I think, and I think he was on stanozolol. Indeed one of the leanest guys ever, shame he's been scrubbed.

There was also another guy who had legit dysmorphias and ended up dying of some heart problem. He would eat a lot of calories and then bike for hours a day and had an extremely emaciated face and an obnoxious vlog style, a Brit. But funnily enough he almost entirely avoided posting his body for some weird reason lol, except for in thumbnails. He also ate a ton of artificial sweeteners. I'm not that crazy.
