No. You will look shitty, but shitty in a different form compared to now. Don't listen to the coping crowd saying Bruce Willis looks great, he doesn't. Walking around with a few thin hairs on top is arguably worse though, because it projects the irrational idea that you're trying to hold on to a lost cause.
