Assuming you are a woman, your best bet is probably just to get some cheap fashion "combat boots" like the attached picture on Amazon.

Unfortunately, anything over like 8-10" in upper length tends to be primarily cheap crap fast-fashion quality (unless you're willing to spend like $1k on a set of 16" custom lineman's boots or something).
