I haven't cut my hair in a while, and I feel like I need to. I gel my hair kind of messy on top and sweep the sides back to get off my ears and try to make the back "spike" back, which doesn't work

That said, what kind of haircut suits my face structure? I tried to keep the censoring to a minimum
