Can somebody please tell me exactly what I need to do, and what kind of products I need to use, in order to achieve this haircut ?

I think I have wavy hair that are neither too thick or too thin.
Should i use a texturing powder and hair paste and then blowdry it ?

I read so many different things online, it can get really confusing
