yes, no issues with the bezel (although I rarely use bezels to time anything, so you may be more picky then me). I remember it being hard to turn when I first got it but after getting it wet and using it a few times it became normal (2 fingers, minimal force but is never going anywhere without you moving it), no play, lines up.

Obviously phoibos is chinese as fuck so it's luck of the draw, I was really paranoid getting it and trying to get a read from people that have them on whether the QC is good, some posts with fucked up ones but not enough to think every other one going out is messed up. Mine turned out fine with 0 problems, have worn it a lot, I really like the octopus logo which is why I got it over other sub homages. If you can wait til november buy it on black friday, I think I paid 250
