I was thinking of getting a cheap chronograph so I was looking at Seikos like the SNDC81 and the SNAF09, instead of the usual 7A38 (due to boomers inflating the price).
That said, I read that the movements, 7T92 and 7T62 have a common issue of the chrono going mad after a battery change. Dunno if it's just people not following proper replacement procedure, or if they are just that problematic.
Anyone has any clue? As usual wus just has people complaining but not one posting followups on anything.
