I generally consider the citizen A060 to be a better movement than the 9F. It has a 5spy spec, an independent hour hand, and Eco drive. Even the new longines vhp might give the 9f a run for its money, technically speaking. The movement finishing of the 9F is much better than the A060 or VHP, but that's not really a concern of mine.

Those are at very different price points. Unless you specifically want radio sync or tough movement, the chronomaster is much better. Better movement, better finishing, solar.
