I was doing so well yesterday. I had 1100 calories. Today, I had everything perfectly planned and had 1000 calories. Then I fucked up and had an undetermined amount of grapes which I completely forgot to count. :'( This threw me off and I over ate. I had pringles, a slim jim, and some vodka. This means I'm at 1600 calories, REEEE.

I'll try again tomorrow, and I'll try to plan carefully. I'm considering doing a fast, but fasts always cause me to over eat on the day after so I'm not sure if that's a good idea.What do you guys think?

Current stats:
Height: 64in (162 cm)
Goal Weight: 95 lbs (63 kg)
Current Weight: 125 (56 kg)

Also, diet tip: drink a shot of vodka at the end of the day. I usually do this when I start getting hunger pangs from 1000 calories, and it helps me focus less on the hunger.
