These are insane tight! I'm all about swapping patches out on certain things lately via velcro - I found jackets & bags from the US military, G-Star and Maxpedition that have velcro spots in diff places. you can swap patches in & out as desired, or go without. It's my fav little detail to fuck around with lately.

It's only 16 bucks or so, and the nature of the book is that you'll read it ten times over. What fascinated me about it (among many things) was that there were design problems, physics problems and infinite hypotheticals facing the production designers and they somehow capped it all. There are things, like the APC in Aliens, that were designed down to the last bolt and drawn over and over and over that you may see for thirty seconds in the movie itself. The physics of a Power Loader. Shit like that.

I mean, I'm a massive dweeb so I dig that shit. Hope you do as well. I've never seen lore so finely parsed.

You can fit it in with lunarcore, IMHO. The narratives proposed by both traditional and more advanced/esoteric interpretations of the style are similar enough to accommodate both extremes and anything in between.
