I need a new pair of chukka/desert boots to replace a pair of Born Harrisons that finally gave up the ghost. They held up really well, ultimately convinced me it made sense to spend over $100 on daily shoes, and now I'm hungry for the quality.

Was looking hard at a pair of the Danner Wolf Creeks, anyone here have experience with them?

I have a pair of Danner Canadian 10" heavy duty boots that I use for heavy duty innawoods type wear, absolutely phenomenal, but they're in a completely different class than daily wear chukkas.
