I mean, it's clearly a creative writing exercise. The more you read it the more obvious it becomes that it's outlandish and fake. And no, don't give me that Poe's law bullshit, I've heard it a million times already. This is obviously fake and is so very easy to distinguish from "real" feminism. The only people who think this is what feminism actually is are people who have caricatured feminism to death and have come to believe that the caricature they created is real.

Case in point: feminism is absolutely obsessed about consent. This paragraph alone is completely antithetical to that core fundamental belief. And no, they don't "only" fight for consent when it concerns women. Feminists don't want men raped or sexually violated either. If your only exposure to political ideology is on 4chan/YouTube/reddit, then you're probably going to find what I just said impossible to believe. Again, because you believe the caricature is reality because the caricature is all you've ever known.
