make sure you're staying hydrated! your urine should be a light yellow, but not clear. If it's clear, slow down. making sure you drink plenty of water can fill your stomach up more, particularly around meal times/with your meals. most fruits and veggies are also filling while being low calorie. most weight loss has to do with your calories in, because it's much easier to eat, say, 500 calories, than it is to exercise it away. remember to be patient, as well. sometimes your weight will appear to fluctuate because of water weight, or simply because you need to wait a bit longer to see results. don't expect to see big losses a week into your new eating/exercise habits. remember to get plenty of sleep and love your body like a beansprout-- stretch tall, get lots of water, and plenty of sun! :) (but wear sunscreen!)

I think your body fat amount is okay, but you would look much better with some lean muscle. however, a picture that more clearly shows your body-- shoulders, legs, etc, would be helpful to have a better informed opinion.

a five pound difference isn't a whole lot, anon, you're doing great! just keep going at a calorie deficit and make sure you go outside to walk at least. remember to recalculate your TDEE whenever you lose about five pounds or so.
