Use 100% sulfate-free shampoo, dont brush dry hair (obvious but just making sure), use cotton towel and if you dont already have silkpillowcases wrap your hair up in a towel or a cotton tee for sleep.
dont forgetti that curls r the dryest hairtype out there and overheating, straightening them is your death.
